Abstract

|
Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the trachea is very rare and characterized as insidious course, perineural invasion and submucosal extension. It often recurs and is capable of producing distant metastasis over a period of many years.
Recently the authors experienced a 27 year old female patient who was carried out tracheal resection and end to end anastomosis of the trachea with suprahyoid release. So, the authors report it with review of literatures. (Korean J Otolaryngol
